Born in Cuba and influenced by his grandfather and father, Fernando Bencomo began his career playing cigars in the schoolyard at the age of 14. At the age of 17, he started working in his first factory and learned to “roll” tobacco.
For several years, he worked actively in various companies and industries, specializing in tobacco production, processing and improvement up to the final stages of cigar production.

In 1994 Fernando arrived in Brazil and faced many challenges, but the biggest one came only in 2015, when he had the experience and competence to launch his own brand “DON FERNANDO” on the national market.
